Sara hopes to become an official member of Hung Ching, The Chinese Freemasons, New York City Chinatown's most notorious lion dance crew since 1956.

To the Plate (2020) is a documentary that follows restaurant owner Moonlynn Tsai and her romantic partner Yin Chang. Her restaurant, Kopitiam, lost most of its patrons and staff, amidst the unprecedented health and economic catastrophe of Covid-19. However, she's found a way to keep her business alive and serve her community, by supporting elders in her community after hearing they were being targeted for hate crimes and struggling with food insecurity.
